Release and Waiver Statement I have read all information and understand the description of the event. I know that running and walking a road/trail race can be a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete this event. I assume all risks associated with my voluntary participation in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, (including extreme cold, ice, snow, rain, wind and other weather related conditions), traffic, and all conditions of the road/trail; all such risks to be known and appreciated by me.
In submitting this entry, I, authorized cardholdr and guardian of minor participants on my registration form, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims which I may hereafter accrue to me against Race for Ray committee/Ray’s Sunshine Foundation, Inc., Northview Christian Church, Carmel Parks and Recreation, event sponsors, event volunteers, and their officers, directors, agents and successors. |
